_{The Sweepstakes begins on August 27 2025 and ends on August 28 2025 (“Promotion Period”).}

_{One (1) winner will receive full enrollment in Your Freedom Prescription valued at $1945. Prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except at Sponsor’s discretion.}

_{Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received.}

_{7. Winner Selection and Notification}

_{Winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted within 1 days of the Promotion Period’s end. Potential winner will be notified by email and must respond within 5 days. If not, an alternate winner may be selected.}

_{The prize winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes. If the prize value is $600 or more, Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099.}
